About UNIPLAST

Synthetic Materials Production Plant "Uniplast" Unlimited is a private manufacturing enterprise based in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą since 1996.
The company has operated in the area of producing single-layer polyethylene foils since its start. Currently, it produces multi-layer foils as well.
Modern equipment (5 production lines) allows us to produce tape and sleeve shaped foils measuring from 150 to 2550mm and from 0.015 to 0.300mm thick. Our production capacity is around 5,000 Mg per year.
Our main final products are tape and sleeve shaped foils for packaging thermo insulating materials for the construction industry. Those are commonly printed, with our company possessing two four-colour flexography printers (Manzoni and Guasone) with maximum printing width of 1600mm.

In order to meet our customers demands, apart from modern equipment and technological solutions we use thermoplastic materials and new generation of elastomers from Exxon Mobil and Basell Polyolefins along with more standard materials. We possess an ITB Technical Approval for Unifol steamproof foils for the construction industry pursuant to ITB Technical Approval AT-15-5607/2002.

We also produce a wide range of gardening and general usage polyethylene films.

In July 2003, Uniplast received an ISO 9001:2001 Certificate No 973/1/2003, awarded by Polish Centre for Research and Certification in Warsaw.
